My Review: Gone Country was lacking missing a lot of the steamy hot sex scenes we have come to expect for the Rough Rider series. Don't get me wrong the book was hot in parts but over all I would use the word sweet for it's content. 

I enjoyed the more adult relationship between Rielle and Gavin. They both were/are single parents of grown ( mostly) girls and they never allowed themselves to be first. First spot always went to their girls. Now that the girls are grown and Gavin is back in Wyoming could there be something more? Can they allow themselves to be first in their own lives? 

These two were endearing and at times I felt my heart strings being torn in all kinds of directions. Gone Country takes you on a wild roller coaster throughout the story, one you are sad to see end.

Lorelei James remains one of my go to authors. Is it June yet? That is when Redneck Romeo comes out.. Dalton's story!

My Review: I fell in love with the Rough Riders series after I got the first book free on Amazon. After reading the first one I found myself buying all the books that were currently out ( most of them since I started this series about a year ago) and had them all read in a week. I have been waiting on pins and needles for Kissin Tell to be released. You can imagine how excited I was when I was offered the chance to read Kissin Tell before it's release date!

We all know the McKay men are erotic sexy men but in Kissin Tell we see a quirky fun and romantic side in Mr. Tell McKay. I loved seeing a softer side a McKay without him loosing the hot steamy caveman side! I might even go as far as to say Tell "might" be my favorite McKay to date. Keyword is might.... thinking I may need to revisit some of the McKay boys!

I adored Georgia. She is proof that people change and what we feel we know about people at first glance is most of the time dead wrong. I loved seeing her come out of the shell she was in high school and releasing who she really is. Like prior leading gals in the McKay men lives she was strong and held her own!

If your looking for a solid series ( yes the whole series) look no farther than the Rough Riders by Lorelei James. L. James knows her cowboys, her strong leading lady and she writes a sex scene like no on else. On the topic of "sex" I will say that Kissin Tell is more on the mild side than other books in the series but it works perfectly for Tell and Georgia.

Great job Lorelei James, Kissin Tell was worth the wait.

My Review: The McKay boys are back in full force!

I have said it before and I will say it again, how does one small town get blessed with all those fine young men? Just doesn't seem fair, does it?

Cowboy Casanova delivers it all. You want the strong, silent hero.. done! You want a herorine that can stand on her own two feet.. done! You want steamy, hot ( sometime raunchy) sex scenes... done!

Cowboy Casanova is by far the rawest kinkiest of all the Rough Rider books... by far!

My Review: Lorelei James does not disappoint in this book! You would think that 10 books into this series filled with so many in depth characters that she would start to loose steam but I am here to tell you... SHE HASN'T!! Jessie and Brandt are as unique, solid and strong as the other characters who came before them. Amazing, just amazing that LJ can keep delivering!

Jessie and Brandt's love seemed doomed to start with considering all the baggage that came with it but I liked how they were both open enough to give it a try.

In Cowgirls Don't Cry you get the sweet mushy love stuff with a big helping of steam that leaves you heading to a cold shower.

Yee-haw girls!
