She had to decide how she was going to survive. She imagined years of being with Charlie, and not just Charlie but a whole family. She had quickly discovered the things about Charlie that she loived and trusted when she was emotionally damaged- like his insistence on taking charge of their calendar- were the same things she disliked after she recovered.
