My Review:

If you are looking for a deep book with substance, this is not it. But... if you are looking for a quick, easy and witty book, than Nerd in Shining Armor is just what you need. This book was so easy to read and I flew through it. I forsure plan on picking up the other's in the series. This book was on Kelly Ripa's book club awhile back.

I give this book 4 stars.

I found this book to be a tad predictable in a lot of area's, but it was also a fast read, and who doesn't love a fast read!

I will give this book 4 stars out of 5, had it been a slow read it might have only be given 3 stars! Ha, good thing for fast reads!

Yates's debut 1961 novel revealed a growing and present malaise about middle-class existence as seen through the eyes of protagonists Frank and April. Believing themselves a cut above the rest of their neighbors and friends, the two set their sights upon a scheme to move to France and live a nontraditional life. However, much like the illusion of the white picket fence home, their dreams are not enough to stave off the reality of their unhappy life. Mark Bramhall sways back and forth between successful and annoying narration. Some character voices are caricatures, grating on the listeners' ears without much justification from the text. For others, the chosen voice helps to emphasize the sense (or source) of alienation that Frank and April feel about the people in their lives. However, Bramhall's tone does wonders for eliciting the ironic throughout Yates's prose. A Vintage paperback. (Dec.)

When I saw this movie come to theaters it took everything in me to not go see it. Why you ask? We all know no matter how great a movie is, in never comes close to the book, so I wanted to make sure to read the book before I saw the movie.

This book was amazing! I was moved by this book, moved!! It touches something within you. I have read some reviews with people saying they had a hard time getting into it, but for me, I just was able to drive right into it.

Although this story takes place in a different time, you can learn and take something with you in today's time. I can't wait to see the movie now, although it may be too late to find it in the theaters and I will have to wait till it is out on DVD.

This book gets 4 stars out of 5

Lucky One by Nicholas Sparks

Are you hooked after reading that, dying to find out more??? Better get your booty to a book store or library and pick this book up! Nicholas Sparks has never failed me in his books, and this novel was no different! I give this book 4 stars!

If you Deceive by Kresley Cole, is the third book in the series; MacArrick Brothers Trilogy.

Burning vengeance...

I didn't think the MaCarrick brothers could get any worse than the first two, but big brother Ethan done took the cake and he ran with it!! Grrr!!

I am not sure how I came about picking up this series of books, I had never read anything by Kresley Cole, but they have been a delight to read, just what I needed for the rough week I have had! If you don't mind a steamy, read this is your series!

This is following suit of the other two and it is getting 5 stars!!!

Kresley Cole did it again. Another book that I couldn't put down and finished in less than 2 days! Another steamy read, that makes even the reader long for a Scot to come protect her, or torment her with his ways, ha ha ha!

The one down fall to this series so far is the use of a phase I can't stand, so it really is just a flaw on my part. The GD phase is used a lot ( God .... fill in the blank). I don't use this phase, I cringe when others use it, and even when I see it in a book, I have come to the part when I automatically just read " Gosh Darnit". I am fiece, huh?

Time to rate this book.... 5 stars!! Wit woo, for someone who doesn't give them easily, this book slut just gave two in one week!
