Multiple Bles8ings: Review

Multiple Bles8ings by Jon & Kate Gosselin and Beth Carson

" Just three years after giving birth to twin daughters, Kate and Jon Gosselin learned they were pregnant again-- with sextuplets. In Multiple Blessings, they chronicle the emotional and exhausting journey from the time the babies were conceived through the first two years of their lives.

"After struggling to carry and deliver all six babies, then coping with months of neonatal intensive car, Jon and Kate thought they'd made it through the hardest part of the journey. Not even close. Stress filled days and sleepless nights became their world as they managed to feed, bathe, clothe and monitor the health of their fragile infants without losing sight of their love for each other and the twins.

"This is an honest and uplifting story of faith. It's the story of a young couple who trusted in the ever present hand of a faithful God to provide the strength and courage to face seemingly impossible challenges one day at at time."

You all know the story of Jon & Kate Plus 8, the family behind the hit series on TLC.

I found this book to be very endearing, and as a mother of 3 Punky Monkey's, I find strength in knowing there are mothers ( and fathers) out there that have their plates more full than me, not to say one is harder than the other. I think as parents we should encourage and help guide other parents instead of always being so quick to judge. The vast majority of us, are doing the best we can with what we have been given, and the same majority want what is best for our kids.

I am giving this book 4 out of 5 stars, but this family gets a huge praise from me, and even more prayer! Amazing story... no... an Amazing Love Story!
Until next time...
Happy Reading!

Interesting. I have been curious about this book. I have read other reviews that say they were surprised at how little is really talked about. Most people buy this book wanting to learn more about her inability to conceive and her family troubles, then they say that she doesn't really get into anything "juicy". LOL.
